Psychological evaluations are a helpful tool that provides diagnostic clarity and guides treatment planning. Dr. Annechino conducts comprehensive assessments that integrate objective and subjective information to determine diagnoses and appropriate treatment recommendations. This includes a 90 minute intake evaluation, collateral contacts, psychological testing and assessment procedures, interpretation of scores and data, comprehensive report, and a 90 minute feedback session.
Types of Evaluations
Cognitive and Adaptive Functioning Evaluations: Assesses cognitive and adaptive functioning to provide updated information for eligibility applications. This assessment builds upon the established history of intellectual, developmental, and adaptive diagnoses. Cost: $1,000 (plus initial intake fee).
Diagnostic Evaluations: Focused on describing developmental, social-emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and/or adaptive functioning of an individual. Cost: $1,300 (plus initial intake fee).
Psychoeducational Evaluations: Includes all areas assessed in diagnostic evaluations, along with additional consideration of academic skills and focus on impacts to learning. Cost: $1,800 (plus initial intake fee).
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessment Add-On: Assessing for ASD requires additional measures to help clarify and understand the presenting symptoms. This includes the use of the gold-standard evaluation tools to identify characteristics of ASD in areas of social/communication functioning and repetitive behaviors. It will cost an additional $200 to add ASD testing onto an evaluation.
Payment
Psychological evaluation fees are broken into three payments:
1. The fee for the 90 minute intake session is $150 and is due at the time of service.
2. A scheduling fee of $400 is expected at the time of the first testing appointment.
3. A final payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the report. Final payments will be as follows: $900 for diagnostic evaluations without ASD testing, $1,100 for diagnostic evaluations with ASD testing, $1,400 for psychoeducational evaluations without ASD testing, or $1,600 for psychoeducational evaluations with ASD testing.

Fee:
A 50 minute individual therapy session costs $100.
An additional 60 minutes of crisis management, outside of scheduled sessions is the regular rate (e.g., $100 for individual therapy or $135 for child and family therapy services) plus $20.
A child's well-being is deeply intertwined with the health and dynamics of their family. Dr. Annechino provides services that are designed to support children, adolescents, and their families in navigating challenges, strengthening relationships, and fostering a nurturing environment for growth and healing. Dr. Annechino also offers a specific type of family therapy called Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
Fee:
The fee of a child or family therapy session is $135. This includes one 50 minute therapy session and up to 30 minutes of case management (e.g., collaboration with parents, teachers, outside providers, etc. outside of allotted session times, attending IEP/504 meetings) as needed. Additional case management costs $60 per hour.
Consultation provides the opportunity to gain clarity, make informed decisions, and develop effective strategies for complex situations. Dr. Annechino offers psychological consultation services within her scope of practice designed to provide expert insight and guidance for individuals, families, organizations, and other professionals.
