For sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or "no shows," the fee will be $35. Dr. Annechino will work with you to accommodate any scheduling needs to the best of her abilities.
Insurance Information
Insurance Information
Dr. Annechino does not participate with any commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid insurance plans. Services are offered within a self-pay model. Your payment is due at the time of the appointment. Dr. Annechino accepts cash (exact amount) or credit/debit/FSA/HSA cards. Payment plans are not available. It is required that all clients keep a card on file.

Good Faith Estimate
According to the law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Dr. Annechino provides Good Faith Estimates (GFE) as a part of the intake process for new clients and before an initial appointment is scheduled.
